Jennifer Mason is the CEO and Lead Clinician of Perception Counseling Services in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Mrs. Mason a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) who is committed to providing quality behavioral and mental health therapy to individuals who are seeking assistance and guidance toward a healthier future. 

 

Mrs. Mason completed her undergraduate and graduate work in Psychology and Social Work at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.  She has 13 years of experience in treating substance abuse and various mental health conditions. Jennifer is a Certified Cognitive Processing (CPT) and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) clinician, helping those dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder and other traumatic experiences. 

 

Mrs. Jennifer Mason enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, reading, and exploring nature. She has a passion in serving others through various community service agencies in Tuscaloosa and Hale County.

Through Perception Counseling Services. Mrs. Mason continues to play an active role within and throughout the local and nearby communities, schools, and mental health agencies . She offer customized trainings and presentations to fit the diverse needs of each organization.
